In this patient, you perform a fine needle aspiration of the mandibular lymphnode and you find amastigot stages of Leishmania donovani intracellular. Also the histopathologic examination of skin biopsies you took, additionally reveals a granulomatous inflammation with PCR reaction positive for Leishmania donovani.

Which therapy do you recommend now?

	a) Glucantime-Injections every 2 days for 1 month and pentoxifyllin orally
	b) Tetracyclin plus Nicotinamid orally
	c) Cyclosporin A plus Ketokonazole orally
	d) Glucantime-Injections every 1-2 days for 1 month and allopurinol p.o. as maintenance therapy
