You diagnosed pemphigus foliaceus in the cat. The owner is not able to pay an expensive therapy.
What do you recommend then?
a) Methylprednisolonacetate (Depo Medrol) injections every 2 months
b) Prednisolone orally 0,5 mg/kg daily, then every other day
c) Therapy with interferon gamma
d) Prednisolone 6 mg/kg SID p.o., possibly combined with chlorambucil
